2016-17 Hoops Pro Basketball Season
This set includes 30 professional teams with 12 players per team.
Replay the exciting 2016-17 season, one with more scoring and arguably the most efficient basketball ever. Carved in history will be an historic season by league MVP Russell Westbrook, Part II of the Cavaliers vs. Warriors, and several big seasons from future hall-of-famers, including possibly the greatest player of all-time, Lebron James.
Westbrook logged the first triple double average in the modern era. Amazingly, he accomplished this feat while scoring over 30 points per game! Right behind Westbrook was James Harden, who scored 29, dished 11 assists and grabbed 8 boards a game for the high-scoring Houston Rockets.
But it’s a team game; and the Golden State Warriors once again displayed dominance during the regular season, winning a league-leading 67 games. As destiny would dictate, James and his Cavaliers, in similar fashion as the Warriors, pummeled opponents in the post season, setting up a highly anticipated NBA finals rematch. Unlike the previous year, however, the Cavs would not spoil. Golden State exacted revenge with a convincing 4-1 series win.
